Njene prednosti priznaju i lije\u010dnici i nutricionisti. Osnova su jednostavna, a iznimno ukusna jela, pripremljena od prirodnih i zdravih sastojaka.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thesailmaster.si\/images\/blog\/konoba-golubcom.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mediteranska prehrana temelji se na konzumaciji namirnica biljnog podrijetla, kao \u0161to su povr\u0107e (patlid\u017eani, tikvice, paprika, arti\u010doke, raj\u010dica, \u010de\u0161njak, blitva), \u017eitarice (p\u0161enica, ri\u017ea, pir, kukuruz, je\u010dam), mahunarke (slanutak, gra\u0161ak, grah), vo\u0107e (gro\u017e\u0111e, smokve, breskve, marelice, limuni, naran\u010de, kivi), svje\u017ei za\u010dini (bosiljak, timijan, ru\u017emarin, ma\u017euran), maslinovo ulje te crno vino.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Povr\u0107e i vo\u0107e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Razli\u010dite vrste povr\u0107a pravi su izvor vitamina, minerala i vlakana, dok mahunarke sadr\u017ee mnogo proteina. Vo\u0107e je tako\u0111er va\u017ean izvor vitamina i minerala, pa se \u010desto koristi u pripremi glavnih jela i deserata.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thesailmaster.si\/images\/blog\/voce-i-povrce.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Maslinovo ulje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Maslinovo ulje osnova je mediteranske kuhinje jo\u0161 od anti\u010dkih vremena. Zbog nezasi\u0107enih masnih kiselina (do 80%) vrlo je korisno za srce i krvne \u017eile.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thesailmaster.si\/images\/blog\/9ad1811f7480309be5244032ffbbef95_XL.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Riba i plodovi mora<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Najva\u017eniji sastojak mediteranske prehrane su riba i plodovi mora, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e orada, brancin i hobotnica, ali ne smijemo zanemariti plavu ribu poput sardina, tune, sku\u0161e i sabljarke. Riba je bogata jodom, proteinima i omega-3 masnim kiselinama, koje \u010duvaju srce i krvne \u017eile.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thesailmaster.si\/images\/blog\/orada.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Crno vino<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Crno vino dodatno regulira razinu kolesterola u prehrani, ali ga treba konzumirati u malim koli\u010dinama uz svaki glavni obrok.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ograni\u010deno: meso, jaja i mlije\u010dni proizvodi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meso i mesni proizvodi konzumiraju se umjereno, s naglaskom na janjetinu i perad. Tako\u0111er, jaja, sir i mlije\u010dni proizvodi nisu \u010desta pojava u mediteranskoj prehrani, ali se povremeno koriste.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/thesailmaster.si\/images\/blog\/peka_327843S1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nauti\u010dari su u Hrvatskoj me\u0111u najcjenjenijim gostima, pa se posvuda vidi trud za njihovu udobnost.
