Vessel Reservation Process

For the reservation and rental of a vessel, the terms and conditions apply.

1. Send an Inquiry

Share your preferences for renting your chosen vessel with us via phone, email, the online contact form, or social media.

2. We Send You an Offer

We will check the availability of vessels with all partners in the selected area based on your inquiry and provide you with the best offers as soon as possible.

3. Choose a Vessel

Please inform us of your decision regarding the selected vessel and provide us with the following details: first and last name/company, address/headquarters, VAT ID (for the company), phone number, and email address. You can also choose multiple vessels.

4. Proforma Invoice

Upon receiving the information mentioned in the previous step, we will issue a proforma invoice.

5. Reservation

By paying the amount stated on the proforma invoice, the vessel reservation is confirmed.

6. Contract and Crew List

After completing the reservation, we will send you a rental contract for signature and a crew list form to fill out.

7. Vessel Pick-Up Confirmation (Voucher)

After the full payment of the proforma invoice is completed, we will send you a voucher with all the necessary details one week prior to the vessel pick-up.

8. Invoice

After the rental is completed, you will receive an invoice.

We do not charge any administrative fees or hidden extras for vessel rentals. The booking process is completely free.

The vessels in our offer are carefully inspected according to the highest quality standards and selected from the best providers. You can choose from more than 3000 vessels.

We are available to our clients at all times, from the first contact, during the trip, and after returning home. For any questions, call or write to us at the contact address. We will respond or find a solution as quickly as possible.

Payment Method

Payment of the proforma invoice is only possible via bank transfer!

To ensure the lowest rental costs for vessels, we have opted solely for payment via bank transfer, which is the simplest method within cashless payment systems and does not incur any additional fees (commissions).

You can execute a bank transfer through the standard procedure by making the payment at a bank, post office, or using online banking applications (e.g., Banka IN at Intesa Sanpaolo, Klik at NLB, EBank at Addiko Bank, Bank@net at OTP, etc.).

Of course, but you will need a skipper (an experienced person with a valid license for sailing and operating a radio station). This can be a member of your crew, or we can arrange one for you along with the vessel.

The choice of a vessel (its size, type, and equipment) primarily depends on the expected number of passengers, purpose, and type of sailing. Call us, and we will be happy to assist you.

The typical cost for a skipper is €170 – €250 per day, and you must also provide food and drinks for them. The larger the number of crew members, the lower the cost per person for the skipper.

As a rule, check-in takes place from 5 PM onwards, while check-out at the end of the sailing trip is by 9 AM (most often with a return to the home marina the previous evening). Upon request, we always strive to arrange an early check-in, before 5 PM, but this is not always possible.
