The famous Zlatni Rat cape on the southern side of the island of Brač is a natural wonder rarely seen in the world. During the season, it is one of the most crowded spots on the Croatian coast, while off-season it remains deserted.
However, when left to itself, it is never still. It is influenced by sea currents and waves. When westerly winds blow, the tip of the cape moves eastward, and when easterly winds blow, the tip moves westward again.
At the end of last month, westerly winds blew across the Brač island area and stirred up the sea. Waves from the west washed over the cape and moved its tip eastward. An excellent video and aerial photos were captured by photographer Roni Marinković for BOLinfo.hr.
